Post-finasteride syndrome refers to a variety of symptoms that occur in a small number of men who take medications such as finasteride and dutasteride, which are broadly called alpha-reductase inhibitors… Many online pharmacies advertise these medications widely, for example, Hims, Ro or Roman, and others. Unfortunately, men who experience these side effects find very little help from the companies that prescribe them. Treatment of men with [PFS] is challenging. There are no specific tests to test for [PFS]. The diagnosis is made clinically based on history and patient complaints.
