What I’m seeing—and what a lot of physicians miss because they don’t look for it or take a ood medical history—is post-finasteride syndrome. It’s the constellation of symptoms after using this drug, even in small doses, for the hair. Symptoms include poor libido, erectile dysfunction, abnormal ejaculation and even psychological issues like depression… It can be permanent and that’s the scary, scary piece. Each man is very specific and personal—like personal fingerprint medicine, I call it—so you have to talk to a doctor. You want to be careful.
